Turnaround is made by Clarke Productions in Houston, Texas. This policy explains what Turnaround stores, why, and what you control.
What we store
- Your account: your email address, used to sign you in and send the reminders you turn on.
- Your settings: name, role, home address, gear list and reminder preferences you enter.
- Call sheets you upload: the details read from them (times, locations, contacts, schedules, notes) and your checklists and wrap notes.
- Invoices and records you create: invoices, estimates, clients, expenses, crew payments and any receipts or W-9s you upload.
How call sheets are read
When you upload a call sheet, the file is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to pull out the important details, and the results are saved to your account. We don't keep the original file. Anthropic processes the file to return a result and does not use API data to train its models. Drive times are estimated the same way, using your home address and the shoot location.
Emails we send
Sign-in codes, and only the reminders you turn on: the evening before a shoot and before you need to leave. If you send an invoice or estimate, your client receives an email with a private link. Emails are delivered by Resend.
Who can see your data
Only you. Your data is stored with Supabase and protected so that each account can only read its own records. Clients can see an invoice or estimate only through the private link you send them. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account. That permanently removes your account, call sheets, invoices, expenses, settings and uploaded files.
